- Does the competitor know I'm watching them?
- No. We read the same public product listing their storefront serves to every visitor, once a day, with a polite bot user-agent. There's nothing to install on their store or yours.
- Which stores can I watch?
- Any store built on Shopify that isn't password-protected. Paste the store's normal URL; we figure out the rest. If a store blocks automated access or isn't on Shopify, you'll see that on your dashboard within a minute.
- How often do you check?
- Once a day per store, plus a manual "Check now" button when you want an answer right away.
- What do the alerts look like?
- One email a day, at the hour you choose, and only on days when something changed: each price movement with the old and new price, and any newly listed products, grouped by store, with links straight to the product pages.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing portal. Your data stays; stores over the free limit are paused, not deleted.
